Last Tuesday, December 2nd, Aliança Energia held, in Aimorés (MG), the closing event of the 2024 cycle of the Sebrae Delas Program, an initiative dedicated to strengthening female entrepreneurship. The action is the result of the company’s partnership with Sebrae Minas and Aciasa (Commercial, Industry, Agricultural and Service Association of Aimorés), which throughout the year promoted seven meetings, impacting about 90 women entrepreneurs with training in marketing, finance, sales and behavioral development.
Sebrae Delas seeks to encourage and support women entrepreneurs through practical and inspiring training. In Aimorés, Aliança Energia expanded opportunities for entrepreneurs in the region, including women from rural communities served by the company.
To celebrate the results of the program, it opened its doors to entrepreneurs, managers and professionals from Aimorés and neighboring municipalities to participate in the lecture “How to Sell More with Motivation, Innovation and Attitude!”, given by William Caldas. The evening brought together 167 participants and highlighted the importance of innovation and motivation in the sales and customer service environment.
During the event, the results obtained throughout the cycle were presented and, then, 28 women entrepreneurs received their certificates, symbolizing dedication, growth and overcoming over the months of training.

The Community Relations analyst, Tatiana Siqueira, commented on the partnership: “Sebrae Delas was a wonderful collaboration between Sebrae and Aliança Energia. The intention was to promote the even greater development of women entrepreneurs in the municipality, fostering their personal and professional growth. Through these trainings, I am sure that they will be more prepared, whether to work in the companies where they work or to lead their own teams. We are very happy with these results. This closing was wonderful, with the presence of so many people, not only from Aimorés, but also from neighboring municipalities, who came to honor us and learn a little on this day of great knowledge.”
Fabrícia Pinto, one of the participants, shared her experience: “I am the owner of an eyebrow studio and I have several women who work with me. Participating in the Sebrae meetings, with the partnership of Aliança Energia, was very good, it brought training and opened our minds. It was a very productive year of meetings and exchanges. I highly recommend it! This certificate was an achievement, because leaving home tired and being able to participate was a victory. I hope that next year there will be more opportunities like this.”
Carla Rodrigues, coordinator of the Anjos que Montam Equine Therapy Association and fundraiser, also commented on the impacts of the program: “I decided to participate in Sebrae Delas to have a more in-depth training on what we already deal with in the association’s daily life. We seek personal growth, improve our way of leading and expand the possibilities of training in resources and management. These training sessions were a watershed for the association. We are very grateful to Sebrae and Aliança for the opportunity to reap the fruits of these very pleasant months.”
The president of Aciasa and Secretary of Economic Development of Aimorés, Renato Rigamonte, highlighted the importance of the initiative for the economic development of the region: “I congratulate these partnerships of Aliança Energia, Sebrae Delas and Aciasa/CDL, because they develop the city, bring a new mentality and make commerce grow, generating employment and income for the municipality.”
Aliança Energia’s actions are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), among them, SDG 4 – Quality Education, SDG 5 – Gender Equality and SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth.

Aliança Energia believes that, through these partnerships, it strengthens female entrepreneurship and promotes sustainable development in the region where it operates, expanding professional opportunities, encouraging innovation and inclusion, and contributing to local economic growth.
