Aliança Energia ended, on December 5, the Internal Week for the Prevention of Occupational Accidents (SIPAT) held at the Sol do Cerrado Photovoltaic Plant. The event took place between December 1st and 5th and had as its theme “Security is not chance, it is attitude! Make prevention the energy that drives you”, a phrase chosen through an internal vote. The initiative was part of a contest in which own employees and third parties had the opportunity to suggest ideas, making the choice of the theme a participatory process. The most voted phrase was that of Patricia Mara Pereira, Environmental Analyst at Aliança Energia, reinforcing the collective spirit that marked the whole week.
SIPAT was organized in alignment with the company’s values, life first, socio-environmental responsibility, continuous search for excellence, cooperation to move forward, non-negotiable integrity and protagonism to make it happen. The activities were designed to reinforce, in all employees, the commitment to health, safety and the environment on a daily basis, in a light, interactive and educational way, valuing the concept of “learning by playing”.

Over the five days, the company’s own employees and fixed contractors participated in dynamics on the Safety Link, lectures on IGE exams, safe attitudes, the golden rules of Aliança Energia and small actions that generate great results. There was also space for practical and relaxed activities, such as blood pressure and blood glucose measurement, health and safety quiz with gifts, karaoke, raffles, popcorn cinema ‘Knowing the Aliança Energia’, recycling race, scavenger hunts, workshops on equipment, exhibition of PPE and EPCs, as well as dynamics and simulations on safe behavior and parody about safety.

The closing of SIPAT was marked by recognition and celebration. The program culminated with the delivery of the trophy to the outstanding company and its team, as well as certificates, awards and medals to security agents. This moment reinforced essential values such as protagonism, teamwork, mutual care and the importance of those who made a difference during the week. More than awards, it was a demonstration of the commitment to life, prevention and the construction of a safe and collaborative environment.
According to Karine Roques, Aliança’s subcontractor in the area of health and safety, “during SIPAT, more than 95% of the team participated in the activities; Out of a total of 170 people, 159 actively participated. We ended this week with great joy, gratitude and a sense of accomplishment. It was a moment that showed how committed everyone is to safety, prevention and, above all, to life”.
The Environment area was also present, bringing important reflections. For Patrícia Mara Pereira, Environmental Analyst at Aliança Energia, “it was very gratifying to see the participation, joy and engagement of everyone, whether in the gymkhana, the quiz or the dynamics. The interaction was impressive; we were able to take the message of SIPAT in a light and fun way”.
SIPAT Sol do Cerrado was a moment of integration, learning and appreciation of life, which made clear Aliança Energia’s commitment to strengthening the culture of safety and socio-environmental responsibility among its employees and partners.
