Between November 11 and 14, the SIPAT 2025 (Internal Week for the Prevention of Occupational Accidents) of the complex was held at CESI and at the Gravier Wind Power Plant, the first edition since its inauguration in December 2017.
The motto of the event was “Safe Behavior” and, throughout these days of discussions, several lectures were promoted on topics such as the importance of talking about safety, self-care, how to act safely in the face of emergencies and the role of Work Psychology as a support for building a safer environment.
The themes were presented voluntarily by Aliança Energia partners such as Pórticos Engenharia (Rio Grande do Norte), the Fire Department of Ceará and the Municipal Health Department of Icapuí/CE. During the four days, employees participated in blood pressure measurement, ensuring health care, in addition to the distribution of gifts, which reinforced everyone’s engagement.

For Rômulo Silva, Aliança Environmental analyst, this first edition of SIPAT was a milestone for the health and safety of the complex: “although they are not mandatory, both CIPA and SIPAT were implemented as good practices, and this first edition had excellent partnerships, making the week really remarkable and exciting.”
Aliança’s Occupational Safety service provider and technician, Erivaldo Silva, pointed out: “building a safety culture is a challenge, but SIPAT has shown that small daily actions and awareness can transform the work environment into a safer and more responsible place.”
The holding of this event represents an achievement for the CIPA (Internal Commission for the Prevention of Accidents and Harassment), which acts, even without obligation in the projects, constantly, promoting a safer and more inclusive work environment for all Aliança employees, own and third parties, who attend the company’s wind farms daily.
