In 2025, Aliança Energia celebrated an important milestone in strengthening the culture of integrity: the Compliance in Practice training series. The training was designed with the objective of bringing to daily life real situations, ethical dilemmas and accessible examples that bring its employees and third parties closer to the company’s values and what is expected in terms of conduct.
During the month of November/2025, the compliance team was in person at the Risoleta Neves HPP and UFV Sol do Cerrado, taking the training to those who live the operational routine and make fundamental decisions for the company’s safety and results. Activities were carried out with one class at the Risoleta Neves HPP and seven classes at the Sol do Cerrado UFV, including two night classes, ensuring the participation of professionals from all shifts.
About the training, Paulo Cruz, Financial and Administrative Director of Aliança, stated that: “investing in training is investing in the sustainability of Aliança. The engagement of our employees and third parties in these trainings reinforces the maturity of our Integrity Program and demonstrates that integrity is a fundamental part of Aliança Energia’s management and results.”
More than 450 people were trained in Compliance in Practice throughout 2025, reinforcing the Aliança Energia’s non-negotiable commitment to the continuous dissemination of the Integrity value.
This year also marked the adaptation of Compliance in Practice to the context of participation, with the holding of training in the Igarapava and Capim Branco Consortiums, bringing accessible content and aligned with the risks and particularities of the consortia.

Being close to the teams, listening and guiding, strengthens trust and ensures that our values are really incorporated into the work routine.”
Aliança Energia concludes 2025 with pride in the progress made in the engagement and training of employees and third parties. In 2026, it will continue to expand initiatives that consolidate its Integrity value and strengthen increasingly responsible and ethical practices.
