On January 30, the first Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Meeting of 2026 was held at the Risoleta Neves HPP, with the in-person participation of its own employees and third parties. At the meeting, topics related to HSE were discussed, including the monthly campaign, reinforcing one of the company’s values: life first.

During the meeting, we presented the health and safety indicators for the month of December, released the total number of FOCAPEs opened and resolved in 2025 and awarded the best FOCAPE of the month of December, awarded to our Environmental analyst, Bruno da Marques, in recognition of the practices adopted.

The meeting also featured a lecture by psychologist Samara Oliveira, with the theme “Peace, Balance and Mental Health”, which included a self-assessment of self-esteem, carried out through an interpretive scale, allowing each participant to reflect on their emotional well-being.

Aliança’s Contract Management analyst, Nataly Theodoro, highlighted the importance of the White January Campaign: for me, the campaign is important because it reinforces the importance of mental health care on a daily basis, stimulating reflection on our thoughts, emotions, limits and relationships. The campaign contributes to breaking taboos, encourages dialogue and promotes more balance, well-being and quality of life, both personally and professionally.”

In a complementary way, Airton Mol, the service provider and Person in Charge of Viçoserv, the company responsible for conservation and cleaning services, emphasized “the White January Campaign reinforces the importance of looking at mental health as part of our routine, not just in difficult times. It helps us recognize limits, take care of emotions and build a more respectful, balanced and humane work environment for the entire team.”

The service provider and Occupational Safety technician, Tamires Pena, added: “the White January campaign is crucial to raise awareness in society about mental health, encouraging the fight against stigma and the search for professional help in everyday life. It promotes reflection on emotions, work/life balance, and the prevention of disorders such as anxiety and burnout, turning mental care into an ongoing practice.”

The exchange of experiences, the presentation of indicators and reflections on mental health reinforce the Aliança Energia’s dedication to the protection of life, well-being and care for people, strengthening the HSE culture and promoting the improvement of processes and relationships in the workplace.
