On February 3rd, Aliança Energia promoted the General DDS with the theme Mental Health, alluding to the White January campaign and in alignment with one of its values: always putting life first. The event took place at the Acauã Wind Complex, located in Rio Grande do Norte, and brought together its own employees and third parties working in the complex.
To conduct the meeting, Aliança Energia received psychologist Rejanildo Brito, from Currais Novos/RN, who addressed the importance of mental health in the workplace, care for social interaction and the influence of changes in the daily work, providing a moment of reflection and learning.
During the DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue), Beck’s psychological tests, widely used to assess the severity of depressive and anxiety symptoms, were applied. The results will be analyzed by the psychologist, and the feedback will be forwarded to the Aliança Energia health and safety team, ensuring adequate follow-up for everyone.
Aliança Energia seeks to build an environment of respect, responsibility and care for people, where each individual feels valued and supported. The first General DDS of the year ended with the certainty that moments like this consolidate mutual trust, showing that its employees can count on the company.
