As it operates in different regions, Aliança Energia prioritizes the hiring of Suppliers close to its projects, as long as the service criteria are aligned with the guidelines, values and ethics indispensable in the partnership relationship.
To be a supplier to Aliança Energia it is necessary:
Be technically fit.
Financially responsible.
Allied to our conditions of ethics, conduct and values.

We have relationships with suppliers throughout the national territory. We seek to prioritize those operating in the regions of our projects, in the Southeast and Northeast of Brazil.
Step by step of the evaluation of potential suppliers:

General Information:
The materiality and veracity of the basic data of incorporation, formation and establishment of the company is verified, such as the Certificates of Nothing Contained (CNDs) of the Guarantee Fund (FGTS) and the Federal Revenue, Articles of Association, among others.

Financial Health:
Degree of default and impacts linked to financial dependence.

Enterprise Security:
Possible conflicts of interest, possible violations of human and labor rights, among others, are evaluated.

Anti-Corruption:
Involvement or not in corrupt practices.
Supplier Excellence and Performance Program
We seek to encourage and recognize our suppliers and partners in the adoption of the best practices in Management, Health, Safety and Environment. Actions aligned with our values and business practices.
Suppliers that will be evaluated:
Suppliers who provided services under contract, with assignment of labor in the areas of Aliança Energia, for at least 60 days.
Evaluation period:
From January to October each year.
Disclosure of recognition:
December of each year, with mention on the Alliance’s channels – website and Linkedin.
Rating:
It will be carried out monthly by the Alliance team and considers some factors such as:
- Management – execution of contracted services, documents, problem solving during service provision, quality of the technical team.
- Safety – compliance with regulatory standards, internal health and safety procedures, among others.
- Environment – Carrying out the work in accordance with current legislation, environmental control practices, in addition to internal procedures.
