Voluntary Aliança Energia
The Volunteer Program is an initiative of Aliança Energia that seeks to encourage corporate volunteering. By bringing our employees closer to existing social projects in the locations where we operate, we establish partnerships that maximize the positive impact of these actions on the target audiences.
Learn about the pillars of the program
1. Social mentoring
Each person can generate knowledge and exchange knowledge at all times. And at Aliança this is encouraged from the opportunity to share experiences with young people from the communities where we operate. Through Social Mentoring, the employee can become a volunteer mentor and share experiences and knowledge.
2. Allocation of income tax
Each year, institutions and initiatives aimed at the Social Inclusion of Children and Adolescents are selected, which can be supported through the FIA – Fund for Childhood and Adolescence and Aliança employees have the opportunity to allocate part of their Income Tax Due to support these actions.
3. Employee-driven action
The Volunteer Alliance Program provides a database of CSOs – Civil Society Organizations – that develop their projects in the locations where the Alliance operates. In this way, the employee interested in performing his own action can access the Database and find detailed information about the organizations.
