Aliança Energia Great Place To Work 2022
Did you know that Aliança is a company certified by Great Place To Work (GPTW) March 2022 – March 2023. We were awarded in 12th place as one of the best companies to work for in 2023.
In 2022, more than 300 national industries participated in the process and 100 were selected for the ranking. In the selection, GPTW evaluated aspects related to the quality of the work environment, cultural practices and employees’ perceptions of the company.
We received the seal of recognition for the 12th place among medium-sized companies, with staff between 100 and 999 employees. The second GPTW title, now in 23rd place among medium-sized industries, gives each of us even more pride in saying that we are part of one of the best national institutions to work for.
Awards
The Brazilian Association of Human Resources (ABRH) celebrates the “Human Being Award” in several categories with a focus on good practices developed by organizations and university students focused on People Management.
Aliança Energia won the "Human Being Award" in the People Management – Development category, the work developed was Aliança Energia's DNA building the organizational identity.
Aliança Energia was once again recognized by the "Human Being Award", gaining prominence in the COVID-19 Special category with the "People Safety and Operational Continuity Plan during the COVID-19 pandemic".

Aliança Energia Internship Program
The Internship Program has provided us with a greater strengthening of the brand before educational institutions and students, thus managing to develop these new professionals who are entering the market. Internally, it was also possible to structure an annual development plan for our interns, focusing on improving knowledge and continuous improvement.
