On April 8, the Aimorés HPP, owned by Aliança Energia, reached the mark of 2,000 days without lost time accidents, reinforcing its permanent commitment to safety and care for people.
To celebrate this result, employees met in person in the plant’s auditorium, strengthening team spirit and reaffirming safety as an essential value of the operation, always aligned with the purpose of being energy that drives lives.
This date symbolizes dedication, persistence, and engagement throughout this journey. Each employee contributed to this result, always in line with Aliança Energia’s value of putting life first. This principle is present in everyday life, reflecting in the attention to procedures, risk prevention, and responsibility to people.
This achievement is also evidenced in the testimony of the coordinator of the Aimorés HPP, Adilison Melo, who highlights: “we are very pleased to reach this mark of 2 thousand days without accidents with lost time because we know that we have been able to maintain control of the greatest risks in this time. Although this is memorable, our team is fully aware that the most important thing is to do even better today than we have done in the past to see this indicator always accumulating days and our team safe.”
This result reflects a culture of prevention and continuous improvement, recognizing that occupational safety is a daily exercise and fundamental for a responsible and sustainable operation.
More than an achievement to be celebrated, Aliança Energia remains firm, aware that safety is a non-negotiable value and must be practiced every day, in every activity.
