CGU’s recognition highlights companies with integrity programs evaluated among the most consistent in the country

Aliança Energia won the 2025-2026 Pro-Ethics Seal, granted by the Office of the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU) to companies that demonstrate commitment to effective practices of integrity, governance, transparency and corruption prevention.

Created in 2010 by the CGU, in partnership with the Ethos Institute, the Pro-Ethics Program voluntarily recognizes companies that adopt measures to prevent, detect and correct cases of corruption, fraud, socio-environmental violations and disrespect for human rights. The initiative seeks to strengthen the culture of integrity in the corporate environment and encourage good governance practices.

The award ceremony was held this Wednesday (1st), in Brasília (DF), with the presence of the Financial and Administrative Director of Aliança Energia, Paulo Cruz, and the Manager of Risks, Compliance and Internal Audit, Frederick Teixeira Nunes, accompanied by the company’s compliance team.

“Receiving the Pro-Ethics Seal represents the recognition of a trajectory built with the commitment to make integrity a value present in all our decisions”, says Paulo Cruz, Aliança’s Financial and Administrative Director. Frederick Teixeira Nunes reinforces that the achievement shows people’s commitment to the consolidation of the culture of integrity. “This achievement belongs to all the people who help to build, on a daily basis, the culture of integrity of Aliança Energia”, he highlights.
