In early March 2026, Aliança Energia began inspections of the civil structures at its wind farms, with completion scheduled for June. The activities began at the Acauã Wind Farm, scheduled to end in the first half of April, and will continue, during May and early June, at the CESI and Gravier Wind Power Plants, according to the established schedule.
The objective of this campaign is to ensure the integrity and reliability of the assets, through the early identification of any pathologies and the prevention of occurrences that may compromise the performance of the structures.
The main improvement of the process is the adoption of digital checklists through the mobile application of the Atalayas platform. This tool allows the automatic consolidation of the information collected in the field, enabling the immediate sending of records, the export of reports, the reduction of rework, and the increase in team productivity. The inspections are being conducted by engineer Alessandro Andrade, with the support of the company’s Civil Engineering Center.

In the assessment of Marcelo Orsalino, Civil Engineer at Aliança: “inspection campaigns are essential to ensure the integrity of civil structures, as they allow the early identification of anomalies and points that require monitoring, enabling a more preventive and safe action. The digitalization of the process brought more consistency in data analysis and greater efficiency in the consolidation of information, in addition to optimizing the teams’ workflow.”
More than a technological advance, this evolution reflects the care and responsibility of the teams with every detail of the operation. By combining technical knowledge and innovation, Aliança Energia consolidates a culture focused on prevention, continuous improvement and safety, ensuring that its assets operate with increasing reliability over time.
