On May 13 and 14, Fire Brigade training was held at the Risoleta Neves HPP with all employees. The activity is part of the plant’s continuous safety actions.
The training was divided into two theoretical and practical stages. In the first, participants received guidance on fire prevention and fighting. Then, they applied the knowledge in practical simulations, contributing to the learning and preparation of the team in real situations.
Among the main points addressed in the training are compliance with the legal requirements for obtaining and maintaining the Fire Department Inspection Certificate (AVCB), compliance with NR-23 (Fire Protection), in addition to training in prevention, initial firefighting, area abandonment and first aid, ensuring greater operational safety and reinforcing emergency response.

At the end of the activity, the administrative assistant of Aliança Energia, Shirley Lopes, shared her assessment of the training.
“The Fire Brigade training was very relevant, providing technical and practical learning on prevention, risk identification and action in emergencies. The simulations stood out for developing quick thinking, organization and teamwork. The training strengthened the perception of safety and prepared participants to act responsibly both at work and in their daily lives, adding personal and professional value”.
With this initiative, Aliança Energia contributes to everyone being more prepared to act responsibly, quickly and efficiently in emergencies, protecting lives and the work environment.
