In May, Aliança Energia launched the Monthly Dialogue on Integrity, Health & Safety and Human Rights, which became part of a fixed agenda at the Aimorés Power Plant. Held on the first Wednesday of each month with the participation of its own and outsourced employees who work in the project, the meeting aims to give visibility to the values of Aliança Energia, through a face-to-face and interactive chat.
More than 80 people participated in the launch of the Monthly Dialogue of the Aimorés HPP and were able to follow the topics addressed in this first edition.
Integrity is non-negotiable
The Integrity Ambassador in Aimorés, Letícia Nogueira, presented the Integrity Moment newsletter No. 14, highlighting respect and the fight against discrimination as essential behaviors for all employees. She also reinforced the importance of the Ethics and Ombudsman Channel as a reporting tool, especially when dialogue is not enough.

Letícia left two invitations for the participants: “access our codes of conduct – for the employee and the supplier – available on the website and on the intranet; and send questions to the compliance team through the form available at the link, contributing to the preparation of the next editions of the Integrity Moment”.
Social Responsibility and Human Rights
The Community Relations analyst, Tatiana Teixeira, spoke about Aliança Energia’s Human Rights Policy and Standard, which guide how to act on a daily basis with colleagues, third parties, suppliers and the community.
Tatiana highlighted the relevance of the topic for the teams. “When we think about Human Rights, we are talking about simple things, such as respect, dignity, safety, fair working conditions. It’s something that is in everything we do, and if someone works in unsafe conditions, that’s a human rights problem.”

Life First
The Health and Safety technician, Eduardo Natali, reinforced the tools for monitoring the area’s indicators. He highlighted the exemplary results of Aliança Energia in 2025 and the importance of maintaining the focus on the goal of zero accidents.

“The indicators demonstrate that we are continuously evolving in the safety culture; however, we must maintain constant vigilance in the activities and controls of the associated risks”, stressed Eduardo.
From now on, new strategic themes will be presented on a monthly basis with the aim of sensitizing employees about these three fronts of action (Integrity, Human Rights and Health & Safety), which connect and strengthen the values that guide Aliança Energia.
