Aliança Energia puts life first. Therefore, we made official a new norm for the Golden Rules, what was previously treated as a procedure now has the status of a norm, including the 7th Golden Rule: Alcohol and Drugs.
This standard aims to prevent work accidents and reinforce the safe behaviors of its employees, ensuring the preservation of life as a non-negotiable value and increasingly strengthening the organization’s safety culture. Establishing clear requirements for the management of health and safety conducts, through methodologies that allow the standardized and aligned application of consequences, both for expected and unexpected behaviors.
The company continuously works on awareness actions to mitigate the seven main fatality risks in its operations, implementing the Golden Rules as drivers of safe and preventive behavior. Below, all the Golden Rules are presented for knowledge and compliance by all employees.
The standard applies to all organizational levels and to subsidiaries, in which Aliança is responsible for health and safety management, always in accordance with the legislation in force in the units, areas and/or projects where there are people carrying out activities. It also recommends its adoption in the consortium mills.
Aliança Energia reaffirms its responsibility for safety and encourages everyone to strictly follow the guidelines and the Golden Rules. Taking care of life is a value assumed collectively every day.
