Requirements
- Studying higher education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Automation and/or related areas, Administration, Engineering, Economics, Foreign Trade or related areas, from the 3rd period.
- Organized profile, ease of working with data consolidation and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal communication to deal with multiple audiences and partner areas.
- Knowledge of the Office Package – especially Excel.
Routine and activities
- Homologation and Management of Partners: Perform routines and procedures for qualification and continuous evaluation of partners in the Alliance’s supplier database.
- Intelligence and Data: Consolidate strategic data and generate periodic reports on purchases and contract management.
- Support to Indicators (KPIs): Provide support to the Supply Coordination in the calculation, consolidation and interpretation of performance metrics in the area.
- Multidisciplinary Interface: Interact with different internal areas and external partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s cost and compliance standards.
Development and learning
- In-depth understanding of the entire corporate supply chain.
- Mastery of registration, financial and compliance qualification metrics of suppliers.
- End-to-end vision: from planning to execution, monitoring and delivery of strategic Supply Chain results.
