Education
Complete higher education in related areas (with experience in the area).
Requirements
Knowledge in hydroelectric plant operation and socio-environmental management; skill in advanced Excel; profile focused on community relations; CNH B.
Routine and activities
- Promote structured dialogues with local residents, community leaders, traditional communities, and public and private institutions in the region.
- Create and manage communication channels with the community, handling demands, complaints and suggestions, ensuring agile and transparent responses.
- Develop and execute the Emergency Action Plan (PAE) and the Safety and Alert Program of the Aimorés HPP.
- Manage social, cultural and sports projects aimed at community development, including income generation actions, training and local partnerships.
- Collect, organize and analyze socio-environmental and socio-economic data related to the community and the impacts of the plant.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, communications and indicators to support management and stakeholders.
- Define, monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) related to community relationships, engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as an interface between the community and the areas of Operation, Engineering, Safety, Health and Environment, supporting the mediation of demands and compliance with legal conditions.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of workflows, procedures and good practices of relationship with the community.
- Support actions to strengthen the institutional image and social license to operate, promoting transparent and sustainable relationships with stakeholders.
