Education
Complete higher education in related areas;
Requirements
- Experience in project management (PMBOK, PMI);
- Planning and control (MS Project);
- Experience in EPC, EPCM and Turnkey contract management;
- Desirable previous performance in the control and monitoring of engineering projects of hydroelectric plants;
- Experience in performing risk analysis, budgeting and financial control;
- Ability to negotiate claims and conduct meetings.
Routine and activities
- Prepare project management plan;
- Define scope, schedule, budget and resources;
- Develop WBS/WBS and establish contractual frameworks;
- Integrate mechanical, electrical, automation and civil engineering coordinations;
- Act as a link between O&M, Engineering and Contractors;
- Monitor technical reviews, approvals and interface management;
- Participate in processes of contracting services and equipment;
- Monitor the performance of suppliers and contractors;
- Control contractual compliance, measurements and additives;
- Prepare schedules (MS Project), reports and executive presentations;
- Coordinate change management, risks and mitigation plans;
- Monitor electromechanical assembly, commissioning and civil works;
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
