Education
Complete higher education in related areas.
Requirements
- Experience with community relations, social dialogue and stakeholder engagement;
- Experience with social impact management and treatment of community demands;
- Knowledge in ESG practices, including monitoring, social impact assessment and reporting;
- Knowledge of tax incentive legislation aimed at culture, sports and related funds;
- Notions of institutional communication and social crisis management;
- Knowledge in Human Rights, diversity, inclusion and principles of socio-environmental due diligence;
- Knowledge with Office package and indicator tools.
Routine and activities
- Plan, execute, monitor and monitor relationship actions with communities located in the area covered by the Alliance and in the area of influence of UFV Sol do Cerrado;
- Ensure the compliance of activities with the organization’s Social Action Policy;
- Contribute to the fulfillment of ESG commitments and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);
- Promote social dialogue and strengthen the relationship between the company and the impacted communities;
- Identify, monitor and support the management of social impacts arising from operations;
- Receive, analyze and direct demands from communities and other stakeholders;
- Develop, support and monitor socio-environmental, cultural and sports projects;
- Establish engagement and communication strategies with stakeholders, aiming at sustainable and transparent relationships.
