Integrity is a commitment built every day. With this purpose, Aliança held on September 3 another stage of the continued training of its Integrity Ambassadors, reinforcing the strategic role of these employees in promoting and strengthening the ethical culture in all its operational units.
The training aimed to deepen knowledge about the guidelines of the Integrity Program and reinforce the role of the Ambassadors as multiplier agents, capable of bringing the topic of integrity closer to the daily lives of the teams, in a practical, accessible and connected way to the operational reality. The discussions addressed, among other subjects, the importance of positive influence, clear communication and the application of corporate guidelines in concrete everyday situations.
Ambassadors in Action
Since April, the Ambassadors have been developing important periodic actions to expand the reach of the Integrity Program, including:
- Integrity DDS in the operating units
- Application of quizzes and dynamics for reinforcement and retention of knowledge
- Dissemination of content in WhatsApp groups of the units in which they operate, when relevant, reaching employees and also suppliers
These initiatives have the clear objective of making integrity guidelines increasingly present, accessible and natural in everyday life, expanding the points of contact with the topic and continuously strengthening the ethical culture.
“We are grateful for the commitment and protagonism of the Integrity Ambassadors, who play a fundamental role in disseminating values and strengthening an environment guided by ethics, transparency and responsibility”, concludes Renata Guimarães Rocha, service provider who is in charge of the Program, inviting all employees and partners to follow and engage in the actions promoted by the Integrity Ambassadors.
