On March 20, Aliança held its general DDS at the Acauã Wind Complex (RN), bringing together employees in person in a moment of integration, learning and awareness. The meeting was dedicated to World Water Day, celebrated on March 22, reinforcing the relevance of the theme for the company’s activities and for society.
The DDS began with the participation of Aliança Energia’s Environment analyst, Andreza Bezerra, who brought reflections and curiosities about water resources, highlighting the importance of conscious use and preservation of water as a collective commitment. The dynamic and participatory approach stimulated employee engagement, promoting the exchange of experiences and perceptions.
A dynamic was also carried out on the hydrological cycle of water, in which some collaborators represented, in a practical and interactive way, the different stages of this natural process. The activity allowed us to understand how the hydrological cycle influences climate regulation, the distribution of water resources and the maintenance of life on the planet.
To close, a symbolic activity was promoted with the simulation of a river using blue TNT. Employees gathered around the dynamics, in a moment of relaxation and connection, to the sound of the song “Planeta Água”. Then, each participant recorded on the “Commitment to Water” mural practical actions to be incorporated into their daily lives.
Aliança employees left this DDS more aware, connected and motivated to do their part, understanding that caring for water begins with simple and individual attitudes, but gains strength when it is practiced collectively.
