At Aliança, the commitment to employee safety and training is continuously reinforced. Since the beginning of this year, important training has been carried out at the Funil HPP aimed at complying with the Regulatory Standards, strengthening the culture of prevention and care for life.
Among the actions, the NR-10 and SEP (Electric Power System) training, carried out through the CREDMHS online platform, stands out. Mandatory recycling was conducted, carried out every two years in accordance with the company’s internal regulations. This step was directed to the company’s own team, ensuring compliance with legislation and promoting the safety and health of employees who work directly or indirectly with electrical installations.
The recycling of the NR-33 (Confined Space) and NR-35 (Work at Height) standards was also carried out, ensuring the continuous updating of the teams. These training courses aim to preserve the lives and ensure the safety of employees who perform higher-risk activities, such as working at height and in confined spaces. The training involved own and third-party employees, with theoretical and practical content, providing complete training and aligned with the requirements of the activities.

All initiatives were conducted in accordance with the Regulatory Standards, with a focus on preserving life and promoting a safe work environment. As highlighted by André Antônio da Silva, service provider and occupational safety technician at UHE Funil, “The training strictly follows the standards and has as a priority to protect employees and third parties. Safety is always our focus.”
Aliança Energia continues to move forward responsibly, improving its practices and keeping safety as a priority. More than compliance with the rules, the goal is to ensure that everyone returns home safely every day.
