On February 27, the Aliança Energia held the “Coffee Break” to promote the launch of its 1st Annual Report of the Integrity Program. The event, held online, was attended by its own employees and fixed third parties.
The preparation of this report represents an important milestone for the company, as it expands the understanding of the pillars that support the Aliança Energia’s Integrity Program and the fronts of action in the Compliance area. The material also reinforces the Alianca Energia’s commitment to transparency by sharing the activities carried out throughout 2025 and the results achieved.
During the meeting, Aliança’s Financial and Administrative Director, Paulo Cruz, highlighted the importance of integrity for the company’s performance. He stressed that ethics and principles define who we are and that each employee must incorporate and demonstrate them daily in their attitudes and decisions. According to him, this report materializes this value, presents the tools adopted to promote it and will be revisited annually, reinforcing that, in the Aliança Energia, integrity is non-negotiable.
The document consolidates the main advances, indicators and initiatives developed within the scope of the Integrity Program, evidencing the continuous evolution of controls and mechanisms for preventing, detecting and correcting misconduct and irregularities.
Reaffirming that the commitment to integrity is not limited to the Compliance area: it is a value shared by all and a fundamental part of the Aliança Energia’s organizational culture.
