Education
Complete Higher Education in Administration and related areas.
Desirable
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the personnel department.
Differentials
Mastery of the Office Package, Power BI and RM/TOTVS.
Routine and activities
- Operationalization of the personnel payroll;
- Accounting of payroll and charges, reconciliation with the accounting area;
- Information management in eSocial;
- Time and attendance control and attendance management;
- Admission, addendum, termination, vacation, benefits, leaves and other processes of the Personnel Department;
- Attendance to internal and external inspections and audits;
- Acting with government agencies, especially the Federal Revenue Service and Caixa Econômica, for analysis and resolution of pending issues, inconsistencies and tax, labor or social security requirements;
- Acting in the preparation and monitoring of the Personnel Budget;
- Monitoring of contracts in the HR area;
- Acting in the management of Aliança Energia Goals process;
- Operationalization of Aliança Energia’s demands with CREA;
- Generation of HR indicators.
