Between March 4th and 6th, Aliança Energia promoted the Organic Fire Brigade Training at the Aimorés HPP, aimed at all its employees, own and third parties, reinforcing its value of always putting life first.
Held every two years, the training is an opportunity to review and improve safety procedures, preparing employees to react quickly and efficiently in emergencies. In addition, it reinforces the importance of prevention and care for the health and safety of everyone who works in the unit.
The training, given by the company TOP SEG, covered theoretical and practical activities aimed at preventing and fighting fires, with notions of first aid. With a workload of 20 hours, the training is classified as intermediate level and, as determined by IT-12 of the Military Fire Department of Minas Gerais (CBMMG), seeks to include 100% of the plant’s employees.

Following the recommendation of the Fire Department standard, the classes were organized into two groups, and the next one will participate in the training between March 23 and 25, ensuring the continuity of the schedule and the training of the entire team.
Thus, Aliança continues to consolidate its culture of safety and care for people, ensuring an increasingly protected and healthy work environment for all.
