The month dedicated to the Green April campaign was marked by a lecture held on April 22, at Aliança Energia’s headquarters, in Belo Horizonte, with transmission via Teams to all locations. A moment of integration, awareness and appreciation of life was promoted, in alignment with its value of putting life first.
With the theme “Health and Safety at Work”, the meeting was conducted by the company’s Health and Safety team, reinforcing the importance of prevention and care for life. During the program, João Lucas, Aliança Occupational Safety Engineer, highlighted safety as a daily and fundamental commitment for everyone, emphasizing the relevance of the topic and the need for its constant practice in all activities, inside and outside the work environment.
Then, Laís Costa, an intern in Aliança’s S&S area, led a break to relax through a work activity, providing a moment of relaxation and well-being to the participants, in addition to reinforcing the importance of body awareness and health care in everyday life.
Finally, Aliança Energia’s Health and Safety coordinator, Flávio Vieira, reinforced that safety is non-negotiable in the company and reiterated the commitment to always keep life first. A dynamic was performed with the hands, highlighting the importance of this limb in daily activities and the need for constant protection. Flávio ended the moment by inviting all units to adopt the practice of stretching, encouraging habits that promote health and safety.

Aimorés/MG HPP
The Green April Campaign was held at the Aimorés Unit on April 8, in the auditorium of the Botanical Park, with the participation of all employees. This year, the theme “Prevention with Hands and Fingers” was worked on, focusing on the risks involved in the use of hands during the execution of activities and the main controls necessary to avoid accidents. Practical examples and guidelines on good safety practices in everyday life were presented.
Dynamics were also carried out with the participants, enabling them to experience the difficulties of performing tasks without the use of their hands, reinforcing, in a practical way, the importance of prevention and constant attention to the activities performed.



UFV Sol do Cerrado/MG
On April 14, the Green April campaign began at UFV Sol do Cerrado, bringing together employees from different areas in a moment of integration and reinforcement of the commitment to safety in the workplace. For this edition, special attention was paid to the protection of the hands, one of the parts of the body most exposed to operational risks, highlighting the importance of safe practices and prevention as part of the work routine.
The action ended with a collective initiative, in which employees registered the imprint of their hands on a symbolic panel, representing their commitment to their hands, care and responsibility.



Acauã Wind Complex/RN
On 04/17/2026, the Green April Campaign was held at the Acauã Wind Complex, with the participation of own employees and third parties. In this edition, the theme “Care of Hands and Fingers” was addressed, highlighting that the hands are among the limbs most affected in work accidents and, therefore, require constant attention to safe use during the execution of activities.
The team hired by Engelmig participated in the action, presenting the different types of gloves and equipment used in the work, explaining the purpose and importance of each item for the protection of workers.
Finally, through a practical dynamic, employees experienced the difficulties faced in the work environment in the absence of a member, reinforcing, in an impactful way, the importance of prevention and daily care for safety.



Risoleta Neves HPP/MG
At the Monthly Meeting of the Risoleta Neves HPP, Green April was addressed as a special theme, a campaign aimed at promoting health and safety in the workplace. The theme was conducted with the participation of the psychologist and HSE manager, Karenina, representative of the third company RAC Soluções, who addressed mental health at work, highlighting the importance of early recognition of signs that can impact the well-being of workers and professional performance.
During the presentation, the main silent signs related to mental illness were discussed, in a clear and preventive way, such as: lack of concentration, frequent irritation, drop in performance and lack of motivation in personal life and in the work environment.
The speaker stressed the importance of active listening, support between teams and seeking professional help whenever necessary.



Santo Inácio Wind Complex and Gravier Wind Power Plant/CE
On April 28, in allusion to the World Day for Safety and Health at Work and the National Day of Remembrance for the Victims of Accidents and Occupational Diseases, an orientation moment was held with all employees, reinforcing the importance of hand care.
During the action, data on accident rates were presented, highlighting the relevance of prevention and safe behavior in daily activities. Different types of gloves and equipment used by the teams were also demonstrated, explaining their applications and the importance of proper use to ensure the protection of workers.



Funil HPP/MG
On April 28 and 29, moments of awareness were promoted among employees. The group activities highlighted the importance of active risk perception, with special attention to the protection of hands and fingers during the execution of the activities.
As a closing, the dynamics carried out provided the participants with a practical experience about the impacts of accidents and highlighted the importance of adopting safe behaviors in their daily lives.



In all the company’s units, the message was the same: the value of life is non-negotiable and always comes first. Aliança Energia reinforces that each attitude makes a difference and that prevention is a daily practice, present in all activities and sustained by the engagement, awareness and collaboration of all.
