During the month of May, Aliança Energia carried out, at the Santo Inácio Wind Complex (CESI), in Ceará, actions aimed at raising awareness about traffic safety, involving its employees in the Yellow May campaign. The objective of these initiatives was to encourage responsible attitudes and prevent accidents inside and outside the work environment.

The action had the partnership of the Federal Highway Police (PRF) and, for the second consecutive year, with the participation of agent José Sobrinho, who shared guidance and experiences on safe behavior in traffic. The campaign had the theme “In traffic, seeing the other is saving lives”, highlighting the importance of empathy, respect and attention among all road users.

The program began on May 20, with a lecture held after the “Moment of Integrity”. At the meeting, topics related to road safety and joint action between the company, employees and public agencies were addressed. There was also the support of community relations analyst Maria Rodrigues, who participated in the discussions with the teams.

On May 27, an educational blitz was held at the entrance of CESI. During the activity, guidelines on safe driving, use of mandatory equipment and the completion of the vehicle safety checklist were reinforced. The increase in the flow on the roads during the holiday period in the region and the need for extra attention on the part of drivers were also highlighted.

With these initiatives, Aliança Energia continues to promote the safety and well-being of all, contributing to the preservation of lives and the construction of an increasingly safe environment.
