Requirements
- Notions with planning, maintenance strategy;
- Experience with power plant operation;
- Knowledge with power plant O&M;
- Office Package – intermediate;
- Complete high school;
- Have a CNH B.
Desirable
- Experience with O&M of hydroelectric power plant;
- Coming from the energy segment;
- Knowledge with maintenance software (Engeman) and MS Project;
- Experience with Power BI;
- Knowledge with maintenance management.
Routine and activities
- Prepare and monitor the weekly schedule and planning of the plant’s maintenance activities;
- Schedule and control preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, ensuring deadlines, resources and equipment availability;
- Monitor performance indicators, validating operational information and proposing improvement actions;
- Prepare and monitor the Macro Planning of the plants and consortia;
- Support maintenance management through planning systems and tools (Excel, Project, Engeman, among others);
- Conduct analysis of failures and occurrences, preparing reports and recommendations for process improvement;
- Support the standardization of processes, elaboration of procedures and implementation of good planning practices;
- Work in Operation and Maintenance (O&M) activities, including participation in on-call shifts when necessary;
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, contributing to operational efficiency and asset reliability.
